Quick Move Properties strengthens its part exchange team
Chairman Steve Abbley explains: “As we work with many of the major housebuilders and park operators, it was important to us to recruit a high calibre business manager with experience of delivering value to large companies. Key to this role is the ability to manage high numbers of part exchange applications at certain times of the year and Paul’s strategic and account management experience made him the perfect choice.”
Paul will also be working with small and medium companies, organising training and marketing material and overseeing part exchange applications to ensure they achieve maximum unit sales.
Summarising his experiences so far, Paul comments: “It’s a very exciting time to be joining Quick Move Properties - the market is changing radically and part exchange is really coming into its own. With the focus being so strongly on development at present, clients are keen to get one site sold so they can move onto the next.
