Outstanding achievement award goes to... Ricky Allen!


In addition to the Employee of the Quarter programme that Quick Move operates, it also recognises people who have demonstrated outstanding achievement from time to time. This is one such time and Ricky Allen was given the honour of receiving this.

Along with looking after clients in the park home sector of the business, Ricky works on improving efficiency within the company, streamlining processes to reduce workload and to enable us to offer and complete on properties more quickly.

This award was given to Ricky following feedback from all areas of the business that his software innovations have made big differences in the time that it takes to complete tasks, reducing pressure and workload and improving the level of service we are able to give.

Well done Ricky!

Quick Move Properties Employee of the Quarter is Mark O'Dwyer!


The quarter four award for the Quick Move Properties employee of the quarter went to a very well deserving Mark O’Dwyer, Business Manager.

An ode to the park home industry!


Here is a little poem reflecting on Quick Move Properties' first year as part exchange providers to the park home industry. Enjoy!



As part exchange experts, how hard could it be
To offer our services to the park home industry?
Karen Burke was chosen to pick up the mantle
And run with it she did, beating our competitors with glee

She left early each morning and returned late at night
Travelling all over the country, new clients in sight
Her trusty steed, much-loved Freddy the Ford
Has been round the clock delivering marketing packs and boards

Assisted by Ricky, and lately too by Chris
Karen has ploughed through the applications like Hamilton (Lewis)
Each offer is carefully researched and checked
So our clients know there will be no backward steps

The industry is wide ranging, a full spectrum of characters
And a few odd proposals have been encountered along the way!
“What were they?” We hear you ask?
That would be telling - we’ll name names one day!

The exhibitions were an experience, not least for the weather
People stuck in mud for days, no escape whatsoever
Dogs! Dogs everywhere, we saw friendly faces too
Cuppas and cupcakes, we got through a few

Valuations have been speeded up, as we’re better at saying
“No Mrs Jones, the new three piece suite won’t affect what we’re paying”
Our aim in the New Year is to improve this even more
So, 24 hour offers – that’s what we’ve got in store

Thank you to our valued clients, we appreciate you all
If there’s anything we can do for you, give us a call
We promise to support you in 2013, with all of our might
And as the UK’s number one already, we must be doing something right
